Jonathan C. Smale is a partner at Field Jerger. His practice emphasizes commercial and bankruptcy litigation as well as judgment enforcement. He has been with Field Jerger LLP since 1998 and worked his way through school as a paralegal and law clerk for the firm while earning his undergraduate and law degrees. Jonathan’s litigation experience includes all manner of commercial disputes, debtor/creditor matters and issues involving insurance, environmental, fraudulent transfer, and bankruptcy laws.
