Scott Jerger was elected in 2011 to serve as the chair of the Federal Practice and Procedure Committee of the Oregon State Bar. Scott also serves on a sub-committee tasked with determining whether the District of Oregon should adopt a set of Patent Local Rules. Additionally, Scott was recently admitted to practice in Washington State and in District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, where he is presently defending a patent false marking claim for an Oregon client.
